Resort Fee: A reduced resort fee of $10.00 per room or suite per night will apply to all attendee guest rooms, suites, and Villas. The $10.00 resort fee (discounted for attendees who book in the PMOPA group block) includes the following (subject to change by the hotel without notice):

Airport & FBO

If you're flying your plane to the 2025 PMOPA Convention & Fly-in, PMOPA will be utilizing AVP Kenosha Aviation FBO at the Kenosha Regional Airport (KENW). Kenosha Airport traffic is controlled and regulated by Air Traffic Control Tower Staff from 7am-9pm daily. The airfield is configured with 3 runways. The main runway, 7L-25R, measures 6,600 feet long by 100 feet wide. Runway 15-33 is 4,400 feet long by 100 feet wide, and 7R-25L is 3,300 feet long by 75 feet wide. Kenosha Regional Airport is conveniently located between Milwaukee and Chicago, just off I-94 on Highway 158.

The Kenosha Airport has no landing fees. AVP Kenosha Aviation is offering discounted fuel, no ramp fees, and no handling fees for attendees flying to the PMOPA Convention. 

For international arrivals, the U.S. Customs & Border Protection building for General Aviation Inspections is located on the Kenosha Regional Airport adjacent to the AVP Kenosha Aviation FBO.

Transportation

PMOPA will provide transportation between the AVP Kenosha Aviation FBO and the Grand Geneva Resort on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.  

ARRIVALS - Wednesday, September 10 | 10am-6:00pm CDT

• One shuttle will operate on a continuous loop (anticipating pick-up every 90 minutes)
• First departure is scheduled for 10am CDT
• The last shuttle bus of the day will depart the FBO at approximately 6:00pm CDT

ARRIVALS - Thursday, September 11 | 10am-6:00pm CDT

• Two shuttles will operate on a continuous loop (anticipating pick-up every 45 minutes)
• PMOPA will provide transportation from the FBO to the Grand Geneva Resort beginning at 10am CDT
  
• The last shuttle bus will depart the FBO at 6pm CDT

DEPARTURES - Sunday, September 14 | 6:00am-12:00pm CDT

• Two shuttles will operate on a continuous loop (anticipating pick-up every 45 minutes)
• Shuttles will run on a continuous loop beginning at 6am
• The last shuttle will depart the Grand Geneva Resort at approximately 12pm CDT
